Kosovo : From War Torn Country to Independence into wiretapping Political Disaster

The political faces of Kosovo, just cant seem to get out of the quick sand , new wiretaps have been released to the public, implicating the President and his colleagues  from the highest voted party, PDK (Democratic Party of Kosovo)

And the Public does not seem to be fazed by this at all , even if protests have been organised by the people the attendance is in small numbers it gives the feeling of we don't give a shit!

New wiretapped phone conversations have been published, by the Pristina-based media website, Insajderi.com reportedly illustrating the current ruling party’s powers of political patronage over top jobs in the public service sector.

The wiretaps reveal parts of conversations, between Adem Grabovci, head of  PDK’s parliamentary group, and the former PDK leader and current president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, as well as the current PDK leader, Kadri Veseli, and many others.

The recordings are wiretaps leaked from the  EULEX investigation on Grabovci, during the time that he served as Deputy Minister of Transport and Telecommunications between 2008-2011.

Thaci and Grabovci were careful enough so that during their conversations there were no names addressed, but from the sound of the wiretaps you would come to the conclusion they were hiring people, hinting to family members and associates with high profile positions in the state office, during one of many conversations that have been released by Insajderi.com one of the people that is being contacted by Adem Grabovci says Quote "I did not apply for the job" and is baffled by what he is being offered.

Could they be geting advice frome their neighbours

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov has issued a pardon to all politicians embroiled in a big corruption scandal that sparked a major political crisis.
He also cancelled an investigation into claims of abuse of power revealed by covert recordings, saying he wanted to "put an end to the agony" ahead of early elections in June.
But his move was condemned both by the opposition and by EU officials.
Macedonia has been in turmoil since the recordings were released in 2015.

The two men also discussed how to ensure that two important laws that they  needed to be passed in order to end the international supervision of Kosovo would be approved by MPs.
The two laws, which regulated the historic centers of Prizren and "Hoqa e Madhe/Velika Hoca", were meant to preserve Serbian Orthodox cultural heritage, but at the time faced strong resistance from MPs who were demanding that some parts of the legislation be reviewed.
In one of the tapes released on Friday, in which Grabovci is talking to Naser Krasniqi, alias The Face, who was at the time in custody, accused of war crimes, Grabovci said he had threatened the parliamentary speaker that if “he causes any trouble, The Face will deal with him”.

So is this reason enough for a verdict by the people for the Political empowered "Elite" or will they be comfortable with the season passing even though Kosovo is known for its big Crow population.
